About Mark
Mark Tan founded Lynqra, a Singapore AI adoption partner for SMEs. He teaches AI and builds practical AI systems for individuals and organisations: AI agents, workflow automation and small apps, followed by training so the team can run what was built.
His focus is the admin that fills a small firm's week. For interior design, renovation and design-and-build firms that means quotations, variation orders, progress claims and site updates. For other Singapore SMEs it means invoices, approvals, screening and follow ups. Every engagement starts with a free consult about one workflow, and he will say plainly when AI is not the answer.
