We do not publish a price list, because two jobs with the same name can be very different pieces of work. This page sets out how we price instead: what is free, what you get in writing before any work starts, what makes a build cost more or less, and what is included.
There is no standard price for AI automation in Singapore, and be wary of anyone who quotes one before seeing your work. A project has two kinds of cost:
The build price depends mostly on four things: how many workflows are in scope, how many systems it connects to, how many exceptions it handles and at what volume, and how much the app itself has to do. If an off-the-shelf product, or a no-code tool your team can run, will do the job, that is usually cheaper than any build, and we will tell you so in the consult.
You know the scope and the price before any work starts.
Bring one workflow and a real example. We map how it runs today, who does it and what must stay with a person, and tell you plainly whether it is worth automating. There is no commitment.
If it is worth building, you get a written quote before any work starts: what will be built, what will not, which tools it connects to, the timeline and the price. Nothing is invoiced until you accept it.
30% to start, 30% when the working build is ready, and 40% at handover. The new flow runs alongside your current one first, on your own work.
We train the people who will run it and watch the first jobs before anything expands. Every build comes with a 12-month warranty on defects in what we built.
These four things decide most of the price of a build. We go through each of them in the consult, so the quote reflects your actual work.
| What we look at | Costs less when | Costs more when |
|---|---|---|
| How many workflows | One workflow, such as supplier invoices or variation orders | Several workflows, or a whole department at once |
| Systems it connects to | It works in one or two tools you already use | It connects several systems, or older software that other tools cannot connect to easily |
| Exceptions and volume | Documents arrive in a few formats and the rules are clear | Documents arrive in many formats, the rules have many exceptions, or the volume is high enough that every odd case turns up |
| How much the app does | A few screens: one queue, one review step and the records behind them | Many screens, user roles, review queues or reports |
Volume also drives running costs. Most automation platforms and AI services charge by use: Zapier by tasks, Make by credits and n8n Cloud by workflow executions. Power Automate is licensed per user or by capacity, and Microsoft 365 plans include its standard connectors only. Prices change often, so we link the providers' own pages rather than quote them, and we talk through the running costs at your volume before you accept a quote.
A project should make sense at full price. Funding can help, but it should never be the reason to buy.
Enterprise Singapore's EDGE grant launched on 30 September 2026 and covers several business areas, including automation and digitalisation. A few facts from Enterprise Singapore's EDGE FAQ:
Funding pathways such as EDGE may be assessed case by case, subject to eligibility and approval. Lynqra works with advisory partners on funding and never promises a grant. Our EDGE grant guide covers the support levels and caps.
There is no standard price. A custom build is quoted for its scope, and the cost depends mostly on how many workflows are in scope, how many systems it connects to, how many exceptions it handles and at what volume, and whether it needs an app of its own. On top of the build are running costs: platform subscriptions, AI usage and hosting, billed by the providers. At Lynqra the consult is free, and you get a fixed-scope written quote before any work starts.
For one workflow, you pay for the build once, then a monthly bill for the hosting, software and AI usage it runs on, which grows with volume. The build costs more as you add workflows, systems, exceptions, screens or reports. If someone on your team can build and maintain the workflow on a no-code platform, that may cost less than hiring anyone, and we will tell you so.
Two invoice workflows can be very different jobs, depending on the formats, exceptions and systems involved. A fixed quote for your actual scope is more useful than a range that fits nobody.
No. Builds are quoted as a fixed price for a written scope. If you ask for a change, we quote it in writing before we do it.
We look at one workflow with you, ideally with a real example, map how it runs today and agree what is worth automating and what must stay with a person. There is no commitment, and if a tool you can buy today already does the job, we will say so.
In three milestones: 30% to start, 30% when the working build is ready, and 40% at handover. You pay for your software subscriptions and hosting directly, to the providers.
Every build comes with a 12-month warranty on defects in what we built. If it does not do what the written scope says, we fix it at no charge. New features and changes in scope are quoted separately.
No. Support is optional and quoted separately. It suits firms that want us to keep watching the workflow and adjust it when a connected app or a process changes.
Possibly. Funding pathways such as EDGE may be assessed case by case, subject to eligibility and approval. We never promise a grant. If you plan to apply, apply before any work starts or any payment is made, because Enterprise Singapore does not support retrospective applications.
