Where renovation admin loses money.

A two-minute benchmark for Singapore interior design, renovation and design-and-build firms. Eight questions on variation orders, progress claims and quotations. Once 30 firms have answered, we publish the results as anonymous counts and send them to everyone who took part.

Take part

Tap one answer for each question. If there were no variations on your last job, the two follow-up questions about VOs disappear.

About your firm

What does your firm mainly do?
How many people work at the firm?

Thinking of your last completed job

On your last completed job, how was variation work agreed with the client?
At handover, how many variation orders were still unsigned?
Did the firm absorb any variation work it never billed?
After a stage finished, how long until the progress claim or stage invoice reached the client?

In a normal week

How are your progress claims put together?
In a normal week, how many hours does the firm spend on quotations, including revisions?

Your details

We use these to count each firm once and to send you the report. They are never published.

You're in. Thank you.

Once 30 firms have answered, we will email you the report and where your firm sits.

While you wait, the free templates for quotations, variation orders and progress claims are yours to use.

How Your Answers Are Used

Counts only. No names.

We publish how many firms gave each answer and nothing that identifies a person or a firm. Each firm counts once: if you answer twice, your latest answers replace the earlier ones.

The report goes live once 30 firms have answered. It states exactly how many firms took part, how they found the benchmark, and what the numbers cannot tell you.

Lynqra builds automation for renovation firms, including for quotations, variation orders and progress claims. The report says so, and the questions are written so that every answer is useful, whatever it is.
