AI Adoption Pods

A small team for a serious transition.

Beyond an AI agency

Build with the business, not around it.

An Adoption Pod works alongside an executive sponsor and process owners. The mandate is measurable adoption, controlled operation and internal capability—not an endless queue of disconnected builds.

01 / Own

Portfolio and roadmap

Maintain the use-case backlog, priorities, owners, dependencies and outcome measures.

02 / Deliver

Governed implementation

Prototype, test, integrate and deploy selected systems with proportionate controls.

03 / Transfer

Internal capability

Train champions, document operating decisions and leave teams stronger than we found them.

Pod composition

The capability changes with the work.

Lynqra remains accountable for coordination. Specialist partners join where legal, privacy, cybersecurity, learning or deep technical expertise is required.

01

Transformation lead

Owns outcomes, executive alignment, portfolio decisions and delivery rhythm.

02

Governance lead

Defines risk tiers, boundaries, evidence, controls and incident readiness.

03

AI product builder

Designs workflow experience, agents, integrations, tests and operational tooling.

04

Change and education lead

Prepares users, managers and champions for new responsibilities and ways of working.

05

Client process owner

Provides decisions, access, workflow truth and accountable acceptance from inside the company.

06

Specialist bench

Qualified partners are engaged when the scope requires regulated or domain-specific judgment.

Operating cadence

A managed AI office, not unlimited development.

Each pod works within an agreed capacity, backlog and governance boundary. Projects and retainers are scoped explicitly so speed does not erase accountability.

01 / Prioritise

Monthly portfolio

Confirm the next outcomes, owners, capacity and stop decisions.

02 / Design

System card

Document purpose, users, data, autonomy and required controls.

03 / Validate

Test before trust

Use known cases, exception scenarios and human acceptance criteria.

04 / Release

Controlled rollout

Start narrow, monitor real work and preserve a safe fallback.

05 / Review

Evidence cycle

Measure value, adoption, exceptions and control performance.

Commercial model

Focused capacity with accountable outcomes.

Managed AI Office retainers are expected to begin around S$6,000–S$18,000 per month with a three-month minimum, depending on pod composition, active systems and delivery capacity.

Fixed-scope Safe Adoption Sprints remain the better starting point when the company has one clear use case but does not yet need ongoing portfolio ownership.

Retainers do not include unlimited builds, uncapped third-party software costs or specialist legal and security opinions. Those are scoped transparently when required.

Add AI capability without pretending one hire can do everything.

Tell us what is already in motion and where ownership is missing. We will recommend a sprint, a pod or a smaller intervention.
